A screenwriter turned digital marketer who now specialises in content design.
Growing up in India, I spoke the state language, the national language, and my mother tongue. My early exposure to diverse languages taught me that languages are great icebreakers and can bring people together from all over the world. Pursuing German as my grad major further opened my eyes to the nuances of linguistics, inspiring my fascination with semantics and pragmatics. Observing people in their environments, interpreting their body language, and discerning their motivations became my greatest teacher.

My journey is an amalgamation of my experiences
While pursuing my grad in German, I dove into anything and everything that caught my interest. My path to discovery found its expression in writing, sketching, photography, and even graphic design. An internship with a Berlin theater group in 2003 ignited a passion for storytelling and I decided to pursue my post-grad in feature film screenplay writing.

Stepping into the vibrant world of Bollywood, I crafted scripts, commercials, and more for popular on-air networks. Entertainment became my calling, and in it, I discovered the art of simplifying complex ideas for the masses. I discovered the hero's journey, the narrative arcs of sending my protagonists on unforeseeable quests full of challenges and bringing them back, triumphant. The more I empathised with my characters, the more relatable they became, and the more the audience rooted for them!
Just like screenwriting, in UX writing too, I create signposts to help people navigate real-world challenges. I educate them when things get tricky, and I encourage them when things get tough. I continue storytelling with a human-centered lens, influencing the arrangement of ideas, creating intuitive and seamless user experiences!
